Populytics Inc., wholly owned data analytics and population health management subsidiary of Lehigh Valley Health Network, has appointed Appnel as manager, business development. In this role, Appnel has oversight of the sales, account management, and growth of the network’s employer health solutions, including corporate wellness, behavioral health, and occupational health.

Formerly marketing and client engagement manager for HealthWorks, the occupational health arm of LVHN, Appnel continues to be ingrained in occupational health activities, while now spearheading efforts to maintain and expand business-to-business initiatives across the region. He oversees two business development staff members, and leads sales and relationship management with employers of all sizes throughout the Lehigh Valley and bordering counties.

Appnel joined HealthWorks in January 2017 and he was integral to furthering occupational medicine sales and marketing efforts especially in the regional employer community.

Prior to HealthWorks, Appnel obtained more than two decades of experience in sales and marketing with Clear Channel Airports and Miller-Keystone Blood Center.



Palram Americas, a leading extruder of polycarbonate and PVC sheets, announced Rustin has joined the team in the role of manager of the Flat Sheet Business Unit. Rustin will be responsible for the strategic direction and product portfolio for both the Industrial Plastics and Sign & Display markets.

Rustin brings over 20 years of plastic sales, account leadership and territory management experience to this position.

Chris Raad is serving as the first vice president of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors this year.

Raad joined the family business, Harvey Z. Raad Realtors, nearly 20 years ago, becoming the third generation of his family to work in the company. He is a past president of his local association, the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors, where he is a member of the board of directors. He served as chairman of the MLS Committee and is an active member of the government affairs program, becoming a RPAC “Golden R” investor in 2017.

Kulp has been a resident of the borough and a Chamber member for over 15 years. He is retired after a 55-year career in civil engineering, and last served as the materials lab director at Hawk Mountain Labs in Hazle Township, Luzerne County. He was vice president of VE Engineering, Inc. in Harrisburg and vice president of Ludgate Engineering Corporation in the Reading area. He also worked at PennDOT District 3-0 in Montoursville, Edward J. Gaydos, Inc. in Orwigsburg, Merlyn J. Jenkins, Inc. in Pottsville, Wagner Associates, Inc. in Reading, Schuylkill Products, Inc. in Cressona, and Patel Chen Associates, Inc. in Grantville.
